Country singer J.D. Graham is counting his blessings after surviving a devastating interstate crash that nearly took his life.

The singer revealed he is recovering from a broken neck, broken back, fractured ribs and multiple other injuries after being struck by a semi-truck. According to his family, the impact sent his vehicle into another big rig in what they described as a violent and severe collision.

First responders had to cut Graham out of his wrecked vehicle before he was transported to a nearby hospital and later airlifted to a trauma center in Texas, where he remains under treatment.

In a Facebook Reel shared with fans, Graham appeared emotional and shaken as he gave an update.

“I’m barely alive here. Thank you, guys. I’m still discombobulated,” he said. “Broken back, broken ribs, broken heart.”

Tragically, while Graham survived the crash, his beloved dog did not.

“It’s a tragedy, and thank you guys for the support,” he added. “I’m not too worried about music stuff right now, at all. I’ve just got to get better.”

His daughters, Destiny and Sydney, shared the video with a heartfelt caption: “Dad wanted to make sure he personally gives everyone an update. The devil works hard but God works harder. Thank you for your continued support.”

On a GoFundMe page created to help with medical expenses, the family explained that the accident happened on February 24 when Graham was hit by one semi and then slammed into another. They described the crash as severe and said his recovery will be long and demanding.

“When he is finally able to return home, he will have a long road ahead with extensive physical and mental rehabilitation,” they wrote. “It’s going to take time, patience, and a lot of strength.”

The crash comes just weeks after another emotional chapter for the family. In January, Graham’s wife Amy overcame a battle with cancer — making this latest ordeal even more overwhelming.

Fans have rallied around the country singer, raising more than $50,000 so far to help with his recovery. His family expressed deep gratitude for the calls, prayers, and messages of support pouring in.
