A woman has been arrested after allegedly opening fire on Rihanna’s Beverly Hills mansion, sending bullets into the property while the singer was reportedly inside.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, officers responded to reports of gunfire at the home around 1:15 p.m. on March 8. When police arrived, they located a suspect and took her into custody without incident. Authorities also recovered a weapon at the scene.

Officials say no one was injured in the shooting, but the investigation is now being handled by the LAPD’s Robbery-Homicide Division.

The Los Angeles Times reported that the suspect is a 30-year-old woman, though her name has not been publicly released.

Sources say Rihanna lives at the Beverly Hills property with her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky, and their three children — RZA, Riot and Rocki. A source confirmed that the singer was home at the time of the incident and was not harmed.

Police believe the suspect fired several rounds toward the home from inside a vehicle parked across the street.

Radio dispatch audio obtained by local media indicated that officers initially believed around 10 shots had been fired at the residence from a white Tesla before the vehicle drove away.

Authorities later located the suspect and made an arrest.

Police have not yet released details about a possible motive for the shooting, and the investigation remains ongoing.
