Actress Natasha Lyonne reportedly caused a flight delay after being escorted off a plane in Los Angeles following a concerning incident before takeoff.

The “Orange Is the New Black” star had just appeared at the Season 3 premiere of HBO’s “Euphoria” when she boarded a Delta flight headed to New York City. But things quickly took an unexpected turn.

According to reports, Lyonne appeared disoriented while seated in first class and did not respond when flight attendants asked her to follow standard safety procedures, including fastening her seatbelt and closing her laptop.

As the plane began taxiing, the situation escalated.

Flight crew members grew concerned and ultimately made the decision to return the aircraft to the gate before takeoff. One attendant reportedly asked Lyonne if she needed medical attention, while also requesting that she exit the plane.

At one point, she allegedly asked, “Where are we?”—prompting crew to explain the plane had not yet left Los Angeles and could not proceed until the situation was resolved.

Lyonne eventually agreed to leave the aircraft without incident.

The captain later addressed passengers, apologizing for the delay and explaining that a traveler had been removed after not complying with basic instructions.

Representatives for both Lyonne and the airline have not publicly commented on the situation.

The incident comes just months after Lyonne opened up about a relapse following a decade of sobriety. In a social media post earlier this year, she spoke candidly about her struggles and emphasized that recovery is an ongoing journey.

She later shared a positive update, thanking supporters and saying she was doing better while continuing to focus on her recovery.
