Morgan Wallen suffered a painful fall during a sold-out concert over the weekend, leaving the country music superstar noticeably hobbled as he continued his massive summer tour.
The 33-year-old singer was performing Friday, July 24, during the first of two back-to-back shows at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor as part of his 2026 Still The Problem Tour.
The accident happened as Wallen was leaving the field through the tunnel at “The Big House” while greeting fans and exchanging high-fives.
Video shared on TikTok by Country Central shows Wallen jumping into the air to reach a fan’s raised hand. As he came back down, he appeared to lose his footing and roll his ankle before falling out of view.

Members of Wallen’s security team quickly stepped in and helped him back to his feet. The singer then made his way farther into the tunnel, where he sat down briefly to recover.
“Knee? Ankle?” someone behind the camera could be heard asking as Wallen attempted to stand and walk off the injury.
The footage sparked immediate concern among fans.
“I hope you are okay. That looked painful,” one person wrote in the comments.
“Praying for him. Hope he is okay,” another added.
A third fan wrote, “Oh no! So sorry, Morgan. Hope you’re okay.”
The full extent of Wallen’s injury has not been disclosed, but it appeared serious enough to affect his movement during the second night of his Michigan run.
Wallen addressed the mishap in an Instagram Story, warning concertgoers that he might not be moving at his usual pace.
“Michigan, if I appear somewhat hobbled tonight, it’s because I am,” he wrote alongside the video.
He also shared another image that appeared to show his foot bent in an unnatural position during the fall.
Despite the injury, Wallen continued with his scheduled performance.
The mishap comes during another major career milestone for the singer. Wallen recently earned his 21st No. 1 song on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart and his 22nd overall chart-topper with “Don’t We.”
Wallen is nearing the end of his 23-stadium Still The Problem Tour, which is scheduled to conclude Aug. 1 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
