A horrifying off-camera accident has reportedly thrown the hit reality series Survivor Greece into chaos after a 21-year-old contestant suffered devastating injuries during a break from filming in the Dominican Republic.
According to reports, contestant Stavros Floros was seriously injured while spearfishing near Saona Island when he was struck by a passing tourist boat.
