“Pretty Little Liars” star Keegan Allen was left bleeding from the head after two masked men allegedly ambushed him outside a Los Angeles grocery store, threatened to kill him and violently attacked him over his expensive watch.

The 37-year-old actor shared disturbing footage of the terrifying encounter Thursday night, October 8, showing blood streaming down his face and neck as he struggled to explain what had just happened.

Allen, best known for playing Toby Cavanaugh on the hit television series, said he had been loading items into his vehicle outside Laurel Supply in West Hollywood when two armed men suddenly approached him.

One suspect allegedly pointed a handgun at him while the other brandished a knife.

What followed was a frightening confrontation that left the actor injured, shaken and fearing for his life.

According to Allen, the attackers demanded his watch and threatened to kill him if he did not cooperate.

The confrontation quickly escalated into violence when one of the suspects allegedly struck the actor in the head repeatedly with a handgun.

Allen later posted surveillance footage that appeared to capture the attack, showing the masked men confronting him beside his vehicle.

The video appears to show one suspect striking Allen while the actor attempts to comply with their demands.

Moments later, the attackers flee, leaving him injured in the parking lot.

The shocking incident occurred around 9:05 p.m. along the 8400 block of Santa Monica Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Deputies responded to reports of an armed robbery involving two men dressed in black clothing.

Investigators said the suspects approached the victim and demanded his watch and bracelet while threatening him with a gun and knife.

During the confrontation, one attacker struck the victim in the face with the handgun.

The suspects managed to steal the watch before escaping in a vehicle.

Allen sustained a cut to his forehead and was evaluated by emergency medical personnel from the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

Although he was not transported to a hospital directly from the scene, the actor later revealed that he had sought additional medical attention.

In a response to a concerned fan on Instagram, Allen said he believed he had suffered a concussion and was at the hospital.

The actor’s video, posted shortly after the robbery, showed him visibly distressed as blood ran down his forehead.

He appeared out of breath while describing the violent confrontation.

“I was just robbed of my watch outside of Laurel Supply,” Allen told his followers.

He explained that the two men had struck him in the head before fleeing with his belongings.

As he walked through the parking lot, Allen could also be heard asking someone nearby to call the police.

The actor’s emotional reaction highlighted how quickly an ordinary evening had turned into a frightening encounter.

But his most alarming statement came in the caption accompanying the footage.

Allen claimed the suspects had threatened his life over the watch and expressed disbelief that the confrontation had become so violent.

“God said no tonight. My life for a watch,” he wrote.

The actor also declared that he no longer felt safe in West Hollywood, a popular Los Angeles-area neighborhood known for its restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

“West Hollywood is not safe anymore,” Allen wrote.

His comments reflected his personal reaction to the attack, rather than an official assessment of crime conditions in the city.

Allen also questioned whether local surveillance technology would help authorities identify the suspects.

In his post, he referenced license plate-reading cameras and tagged California Gov. Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass while expressing frustration about public safety.

He said he hoped the available cameras would help police locate the two men responsible.

The remarks quickly attracted attention from fans and social media users, many of whom expressed shock at the footage.

Some urged the actor to seek immediate medical care, while others expressed concern about the violence captured in the surveillance recording.

Allen reassured followers that he intended to provide another update when more information became available.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed the essential details of the robbery but did not publicly identify Allen by name in its initial statement.

Deputies said the victim suffered a forehead injury after being struck with a handgun.

The department also confirmed that the suspects escaped in a vehicle that had not yet been identified.

As of Friday, October 9, authorities had not announced any arrests in connection with the incident.

Investigators are reviewing available evidence as they attempt to identify the two masked men.

The surveillance footage could become an important part of the investigation because it appears to capture the suspects approaching the actor, confronting him and leaving the scene.

However, officials have not publicly confirmed whether they have obtained additional camera recordings or identified the vehicle used during the escape.

The watch’s brand and value have also not been officially disclosed.

The attack has drawn particular attention because Allen has been a familiar face on American television for more than a decade.

He rose to fame playing Toby Cavanaugh on the popular teen mystery drama “Pretty Little Liars,” which aired on Freeform, formerly ABC Family, from 2010 to 2017.

The series followed a group of teenage girls whose lives became increasingly complicated after the disappearance of their friend Alison DiLaurentis.

Allen’s character, Toby, became one of the show’s central figures, developing a complicated romantic relationship with Spencer Hastings, played by Troian Bellisario.

The series became a major success, attracting a loyal audience and helping launch the careers of several young actors.

After “Pretty Little Liars” ended, Allen continued working in television and film.

He later starred as Liam Walker in The CW’s action crime drama “Walker,” opposite Jared Padalecki.

The series ran from 2021 until 2024.

More recently, Allen appeared in ABC’s popular police drama “The Rookie,” continuing his career in network television.

Outside acting, he has pursued photography, music and other creative projects, frequently sharing glimpses of his life with his social media followers.

That public connection made Thursday night’s video especially startling for fans accustomed to seeing the actor in a very different setting.

Instead of a polished television appearance or behind-the-scenes photograph, Allen appeared on camera immediately after a violent confrontation, visibly injured and struggling to process what had happened.

The incident also renewed attention to robberies involving expensive watches and jewelry in affluent Los Angeles neighborhoods.

Law enforcement agencies have previously warned that thieves sometimes target people wearing valuable accessories while entering or leaving businesses.

Authorities encourage anyone confronted by an armed robber to prioritize personal safety rather than attempt to protect valuables.

In Allen’s case, investigators say two suspects used a gun and knife to intimidate him before stealing his watch.

The actor’s account suggests he feared the confrontation could have ended with far more serious injuries.

Fortunately, he survived and was able to speak with emergency responders after the attack.

The full extent of his injuries has not been publicly confirmed, and no physician has released an official diagnosis regarding his reported concussion.

For now, the criminal investigation remains active.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is asking anyone with information about the robbery to contact detectives at the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station at 310-855-8850.

Allen’s representatives have not publicly released a detailed statement beyond the actor’s own social media comments.

The grocery store where the incident occurred has also not provided a public account of the attack.

For the actor, what should have been a routine stop at a neighborhood store became a terrifying encounter with two armed strangers.

He left the parking lot without his watch, suffering a head injury and shaken by threats against his life.
