Priscilla Presley is facing explosive new accusations in a disturbing $50 million lawsuit that claims she went to shocking lengths to take control of Elvis Presley’s $500 million fortune — even allegedly rushing to take daughter Lisa Marie Presley off life support.
The bombshell countersuit, filed by her former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, comes after Priscilla, 80, initially sued them for elder abuse and financial fraud, alleging they stole $1 million from her. The court documents accuse her of giving Lisa Marie cocaine, pressuring her with Scientology, and “rushing” to take her off life support despite Lisa’s written directive to “prolong her life.”
The filing even claims that before Lisa Marie’s funeral, Priscilla allegedly declared, “I’m the queen. I’m in charge of Graceland,” and later tried to buy the domain name thequeenofrockandroll.com.
Kruse and Fialko allege Priscilla was “hell-bent” on ensuring Lisa Marie could no longer challenge her control over the Promenade Trust — which includes Graceland and the Presley family fortune. They also claim Lisa Marie had been working to remove Priscilla as the sole trustee of her irrevocable life insurance trust before her sudden death from cardiac arrest in January 2023 at age 54.
Priscilla has fiercely denied the shocking claims. Through her attorney, Marty Singer, she blasted the countersuit as “nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an eighty-year-old woman.”
“These fabricated claims have absolutely no validity, and we are confident this case will be dismissed,” Singer told TMZ.
An insider close to Priscilla added that the accusations have devastated her. “She would give anything — her own life if she could — to have Lisa Marie back,” the source said. “It’s incomprehensible that she’s facing these claims after burying her own daughter.”
