Fans are mourning the sudden loss of a beloved reality TV star.

Konrad Bien-Stephen, who rose to fame on The Bachelorette Australia, has died at the age of 35, his team confirmed.

“It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of Konrad Bien-Stephen,” a statement said. “We ask that you respect the privacy of his family during this incredibly difficult time.”

No cause of death has been released.

Konrad first captured attention in 2021 on Brooke Blurton’s season of The Bachelorette Australia, where he quickly became a fan favorite. He ultimately finished as the third runner-up but left a lasting impression on viewers. He later appeared on The Challenge Australia, continuing his reality TV journey.

In the wake of his passing, tributes have poured in from fellow reality stars and fans alike.

On his most recent Instagram post, shared just days before his death, friends left emotional messages remembering his kindness and warmth.

“You warmed my soul every time I saw you,” wrote The Amazing Race Australia star Scott “Sassy” O’Halloran.

MasterChef Australia alum Khanh Ong added, “You were one of the kindest people… you will be missed.”

Konrad’s ex, Abbie Chatfield, also shared a heartfelt tribute, saying she was “devastated” by the news.

“Though we haven’t spoken for years, this is still incredibly difficult,” she wrote. “He was such a kind and sweet person… a very caring man who deserved to live a very long life.”

She encouraged others to honor him by spreading kindness and checking in on loved ones.

“Please send love and support to Konrad’s friends, family and loved ones,” she added. “Rest in peace Konrad.”
