An MMA debut turned into total chaos after one fighter’s shocking behavior led to a lifetime ban — and a night fans won’t forget anytime soon.
Iranian fighter Ali Heibati was permanently banned by Hardcore Fighting Championship following a series of bizarre and aggressive incidents during a 2024 event.
And it all started before the fight even began.
As Heibati made his entrance, he stunned the crowd by suddenly kicking at a ring girl named Maria for no clear reason. The moment immediately caused confusion, with the ring girl attempting to confront him before a referee stepped in and reprimanded the fighter.
From there, things only got worse.

Making his MMA debut after previously competing in boxing and kickboxing, Heibati lasted just 30 seconds in the cage before being knocked out by opponent Arkadiy Osipyan. The Armenian fighter quickly took him to the ground and finished the fight with a series of strikes.
But the loss didn’t end the drama — it triggered even more.
Moments after the fight was called, Heibati snapped. He got back to his feet and attacked Osipyan from behind, striking him in the back of the head while the winner was celebrating.
Shockingly, he wasn’t done.
Heibati then turned his aggression toward a ring announcer, throwing a kick in his direction before exiting the cage — where the situation spiraled into a full-blown brawl involving multiple fighters.
The wild scene quickly spread, with several people getting involved as chaos broke out around the cage.
Following the incident, Hardcore Fighting Championship took swift action.
The promotion handed Heibati a lifetime ban and announced that anyone else involved in the brawl would also face punishment. Officials said those responsible would be barred from future appearances.
Heibati later issued an apology, appearing in a video alongside the ring girl he had targeted. However, the apology did little to change the outcome.
The promotion rejected it — and made it clear his actions crossed the line.
In addition to the ban, Heibati was fined his appearance fee, which the promotion said would be given to the ring girl involved in the incident.
