The daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has been arrested on a simple assault charge in New Jersey.
Milania Giudice, 20, a student at the University of Tampa, is accused of “causing bodily injury” during an alleged incident in Montville Township on May 14, according to reports.
Details about what allegedly happened have not been made public, with the case reportedly being handled through municipal court.
Milania, one of Teresa Giudice’s four daughters with ex-husband Joe Giudice, has not publicly addressed the arrest.
Despite the legal trouble, Milania has remained active on social media. On the same day as her arrest, she posted a TikTok video to her roughly 500,000 followers in which she described herself as “a young, beautiful diva.”
She has also since shared posts from a tropical vacation.
Teresa, 54, and Joe Giudice share four daughters: Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana. The family has long been in the spotlight thanks to Teresa’s years on Bravo’s Real Housewives of New Jersey and the Giudice family’s highly publicized legal troubles.
Milania’s family has not commented publicly on the charge, and requests for comment from TMZ and The Sun reportedly went unanswered.
