Eminem’s ex-wife, Kim Scott, was taken to the hospital after paramedics responded to a medical emergency at her Michigan home.
Scott was seen being taken from her home on a gurney and placed into the back of an ambulance on Saturday, July 11, according to footage obtained by RadarOnline.com.
The 50-year-old was then rushed to the hospital. Details about her condition have not been released.
Emergency responders were reportedly called to Scott’s property around 8 p.m. after a report involving someone who was “unconscious” or “fainting,” according to TMZ.
The Chesterfield Fire/EMS report also noted a “hemorrhage/laceration.”
Scott was taken to McLaren Macomb Hospital in Mount Clemens. Her diagnosis and current condition remain unclear.
The medical emergency comes during a difficult stretch for Scott, who was married to Eminem twice and has long been connected to some of the rapper’s most personal music.
Just two months earlier, Scott was arrested on suspicion of DUI after allegedly hitting a parked car in Detroit.
That crash happened only days after she pleaded no contest in a separate case to operating a vehicle while impaired and failure to stop after a crash.
Scott is expected to be sentenced in August.
Eminem and Scott’s relationship has been public for decades. The former couple married in 1999, divorced in 2001, then remarried briefly in 2006 before splitting again.
They share daughter Hailie Jade, who has also become a public figure in her own right.
For now, few details have been made public about what led to the July 11 emergency call. Scott’s condition following the ambulance trip has not been confirmed.
