Elvis Presley, known as the King of Rock and Roll, was one of the most significant icons of the 20th century. His passing has left a legacy of impersonators and famous phrases and now a movie about his life.

As the world prepares to worship Elvis once again through Baz Luhrmann’s upcoming biopic, it may be worth remembering the truth behind the musical legend.

However, from his relationship with an underage Priscilla Presley to other allegations against the star, there is plenty of evidence to suggest that the King was not the great man many claim him to be.

Elvis allegedly preyed on two of 14-year-old girls while on tour.

Joel Williamson’s book “Elvis Presley: A Southern Life” talks about how Presley spent time with children. Williamson writes while on tour, he preyed on three 14-year-old girls who’d pillow fight, wrestle, tickle, and even kiss him when has 22 years old.

Elvis allegedly left a fan in the emergency room after being intimate.

In his book, Williamson also said Presley slept with a fan while in Louisiana, and in an intimate act, Presley’s condom broke.

He asked his friends for advice and they gave him none instead, he took her to an emergency room and left her there to get a douche.

Elvis dated Dixie Locke when she was 15.

Williamson writes that an 18-year-old Elvis struck up a relationship with his 15-year-old girlfriend, Dixie Locke.

It was revealed in Williamson’s book that apart from calling his girlfriend obsessively while he was away, Presley would also dress her in clothes of his choosing.

Elvis met Priscilla Presley when she was 14 years old.

Priscilla, his first and only wife was 14 when Presley met her. He was 24 and was serving in the military in Germany. Both dated for six months before he returned to the US.

In Priscilla’s memoir, she writes Presley did everything short of penetrative sex with her the first night they spent together. They didn’t marry until she was 21.

“It was as if Priscilla’s virginity was another thing that Elvis strangely and sorely needed to maintain,” Williamson wrote in his book.

Elvis Presley allegedly drugged his wife Priscilla

Numerous reports claimed that Presley went as far as drugging his only wife, spiking her amphetamines to keep her awake through their sex sessions.

During these drugged-up sex marathons, Presley also allegedly took photographs on a polaroid camera, which he stored in a silver suitcase delivered to Priscilla posthumously why he took the photographs is a mystery.

Elvis allegedly forced himself on Priscilla.

In her 1986 memoir, Priscilla revealed that, when she confessed to cheating, Elvis forced himself on her allegedly saying, “This is how a real man makes love to a woman.”

Elvis allegedly controlled Priscilla’s appearance.

Elvis was controlling his wife’s appearance. Porcelain caps on her teeth, scolding her posture, demanding she dye her hair black, style it into a pompadour and make her dress similar to him.

It went as far as Priscilla claiming that she was an “Elvis’ living doll, to fashion as he pleased.”

Elvis Presley was allegedly obsessed with teenage girls calling them ‘cherries.’

Presley frequently loved to be around women. Williamson’s book claims he installed a two-way mirror in his Hollywood home to watch other people engage in sexual activities. Jackie Rowland was the first woman he hit on, she was 14 and he was 21 at the time.

Elvis requested to take Rowland to a bar with her mother retorting “My little girl is under-age and she is coming home with me.”

Frances Forbes, another individual said she would hang around the rock and roll star’s house when she was 13. He didn’t notice her at first but when she turned 14, he became interested.

“14 was a magical age with Elvis. It really was.” Forbes said.

Forbes says that he invited two 14-year-old girls to pajama parties in his house during which he taught them how to apply makeup, tickle, and kissed them. Presley requested more young girls, one night he removed a group of girls’ clothing, kissing, and fondling them.

Another night Presley requested that girls engage in mud wrestling while wearing white underwear.

Elvis had an uncontrollable temper.

Presley had an uncontrollable rage and Priscilla opened up about it. “If he saw somebody he didn’t like on TV, he’d get his gun out and blow it up.”

“Women gravitated to him, so I would be nervous when he had to go places alone,” Priscilla told People magazine.

“I would even go with him to get his teeth cleaned! I always had an eye on him because everyone in the world was after him.”

He shot a gun at his last fiance and was a controlling man.

Ginger Alden who was Elvis’s last finance was 20 while he was 41 said that she was bewildered by the bizarre world of guys around Elvis, drugs, and the heavy seclusion.

Elvis would demand that she always perform and be waiting for him in his bed, when she wanted to leave his charm would turn to anger. allegedly he asked one of his aides to pop the tires on Alden’s car so she would be stuck at home.

On another occasion, as she was driving away after a fight, it’s claimed he fired a gunshot in her direction.

    1. Here is the kicker, many states had 13 as the age of consent up until the 1960’s. I was living in NC in the mid 80’s and the age of consent was 13…
I cannot find what the age of consent in missisippi or Tennesee was back then but we have to keep in mind the laws and norms of the time and NOT what the law/norm is today.

  1. The operative word here is “ALLEGEDLY”! So now he’s been gone 45 years so let’s besmirch his name. Remember in earlier years times were truly different than now. I was babysitting out of our home at the age of nine in 1955. Youth were more adult then than any twenty year old is now. Leave Elvis and his memory alone!!

  2. “Hearsay,” possibly some part true, some part false, but no apodictic conclusions to be drawn.

  3. 60 years ago different times. People tend to forget even before that girls would get married very young. Not to mention this is all Alleged! The man is DEAD. Not hear to defend himself. Get a life.

  4. Well. Well. Well. Garbage time is it? All this story is, is a rehash of the Albert Goldman trash from the 1980s. Pathetic excuse for “journalism!” Elvis brought much more joy to this sad, sick world. But jerks and pricks like you, well just go F yourself!

  5. Elvis was from the deep South where all those actions were not quite a sin in the 1950-70, just boorish behavior. I honestly doubt any rock star (or anybody) go around asking for ID’s when a sweet young thing are offering themselves to them.
Maybe we should all stop been some prudish and hypocritical. Elvis was far from been a role model and let us not forget how he died.
    Probably happened
