Linda Hogan is opening up about years of heartbreak — and she’s not holding back. In an emotional Instagram post, the former reality TV star broke down in tears, revealing that her life feels like a disaster and placing much of the blame on her ex-husband, wrestling legend Hulk Hogan.
“My family’s in the worst mess,” she told followers, her voice cracking as she tried to hold it together.
According to Linda, the family dynamic has completely collapsed. “Brooke doesn’t talk to us. She’s had twins. She got married. She didn’t tell us,” Linda said, referring to her daughter Brooke Hogan. “She had a huge fight with Terry. I don’t know how that reflected onto me. But she cut me out too. I haven’t talked to her for seven years. Almost eight years now.”
Linda says her bond with son Nick Hogan, now 34, remains intact. “He’s still such a good boy,” she added, offering a small glimpse of hope amid the pain.

Linda and Hulk, whose real name is Terry Bollea, were married in 1983 after a couple years of dating. The two rose to fame not just from Hulk’s career as one of the most iconic wrestlers in history, but from their family reality series Hogan Knows Best, which ran for four seasons starting in 2005.
But the on-screen family unity didn’t last. By 2007, the marriage was over — and the split was anything but peaceful. The couple battled publicly, taking shots in interviews and clashing in courtrooms for years after the divorce filing.
Now, nearly two decades later, Linda says the scars haven’t faded.
“I’m just home by myself today. Again, as usual,” she said. “I’m okay with most things, but today something hit. I don’t know what hit, but I look terrible because I’ve been crying.”
She didn’t mince words about Hulk either, calling him a “complete liar” and a “sex addict.” Linda admitted she’s still struggling to move on, even after all this time. “It’s been 20 years and I’m still this sad. Somebody please explain that. I don’t know. It just doesn’t get better.”
While Linda is still wrestling with the past, Hulk seems to be thriving. The 71-year-old WWE Hall of Famer tied the knot with Sky Daily in September 2023 — and from all appearances, he’s enjoying life and has found happiness once again.
