Things took a chaotic turn for Ice Spice during a late-night food run in California—and it was all caught on camera.
Surveillance footage shared by TMZ shows the rapper, whose real name is Isis Gaston, sitting in a booth at a McDonald’s with a friend in the early hours of April 15 when an unexpected confrontation unfolded.
Out of nowhere, a woman walks into the restaurant and heads straight toward their table. She gestures for Ice Spice’s friend to move over, seemingly trying to join them, before striking up a conversation and asking the rapper where she’s from.
But things quickly escalated.
Video shows Ice Spice pointing toward the door, appearing to signal for the woman to leave. Instead, the woman moves closer—then suddenly slaps her and launches into a physical attack.
The situation spiraled fast. As the two clashed, Ice Spice jumped across tables pursuing the woman, who was eventually pulled outside by a man believed to be with her.
Even after the initial scuffle, the tension didn’t die down. Ice Spice was seen confronting the man near the entrance, where he reportedly claimed the woman was drunk and urged her to let it go. But the argument continued, with shouting and insults flying back and forth.

In another clip, the drama spilled outside, where a second altercation appeared to break out as the group crossed the street.
Ice Spice’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, didn’t hold back in a statement, calling the incident an “unprovoked attack” and confirming it has been reported to the Los Angeles Police Department. He added that they plan to pursue legal action against those involved—and are even looking into whether the location could be held responsible over security concerns.
Meanwhile, the woman accused of attacking Ice Spice offered a completely different version of events, claiming she approached the rapper to give her a compliment but felt disrespected. She alleges things turned physical only after Ice Spice insulted her.
As of now, authorities have not released further details, and it’s unclear if any charges have been filed.
