WWE star Ludwig Kaiser has landed in legal trouble after what reportedly started as an intimate elevator moment with his girlfriend turned into a physical confrontation with a neighbor.

Kaiser, whose real name is Marcel Barthel, was arrested Wednesday in Orlando, Florida, on a misdemeanor battery charge, according to an arrest report obtained by TMZ.

The 35-year-old wrestling personality was allegedly involved in an altercation inside a luxury apartment building after a neighbor entered an elevator where Kaiser and his girlfriend were already riding.

According to the report, the couple allegedly began what was described as an “uncontrollably intimate” make-out session inside the cramped elevator.

The neighbor reportedly became uncomfortable during the ride.

When the group got off on the 12th floor, the neighbor allegedly asked Kaiser to “please have some manners.”

That is when the situation reportedly escalated.

Police said Kaiser allegedly struck the man and shoved him to the floor, according to the report.

Authorities later reviewed security footage and identified Kaiser as the suspect. He was then booked into the Orange County Jail.

Kaiser was later released on a $1,000 bond.

The arrest comes at an awkward time for the WWE star, who is still scheduled for a May 30 match in Monterrey, Mexico, against Chad Gable.

That match is part of a storyline centered on both men using the “El Grande Americano” name, with Gable presenting himself as the “Original” version of the character.

Kaiser has become a familiar face to WWE fans through his sharp presentation, European wrestling style, and role as a member of Imperium.

Now, however, his name is making headlines outside the ring after the alleged apartment building clash.

What reportedly began as an elevator make-out session ended with police, a battery charge, and a WWE star facing legal trouble just weeks before a major match.
