Susan Boyle surprised an unsuspecting Gladiators star as the Britain’s Got Talent favorite showed her support for the BBC contender.

Susan Boyle made a rare public appearance as she cheered on a fellow Scot, Kerry Wilson, who made her Gladiators debut.

The Britain’s Got Talent star, 62, attended a viewing party for the rebooted classic gameshow and showed her support for the BBC contender.

Taking to Instagram, Kerry shared a photo alongside Susan as the pair flexed their muscles in the cheeky photo.

She penned: “Quarter Finals Baby. What a night with the best family and friends at the ‘Watch Party’ that was some show @bbcgladiators put on!!!! I even had a celebrity guest wanting to come watch too… thanks for coming Susan.

“We enjoyed every minute of that episode!!”

Social media users reacted to the photo as one wrote: “If I had known Susan was there I would have attended!”

Another commented: “Susan Boyle? What a ledge. GLADIATORS READY!!!”

While a third added: “Smashed it Kerry.”

Susan’s appearance comes just months after she was last seen performing at the final of Britain’s Get Talent in June when she sang at the final.

At the time the BGT star confirmed she had suffered a stroke.

The megastar admitted to hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly that she was afraid she wouldn’t be able to perform again due to her health woes.

She told the audience: “It’s extra special for me actually, last April there, I suffered a minor stroke and I thought it’d be crazy to be back on stage and I have done it.”
