A Lufthansa flight from Chicago to Germany turned violent when a passenger allegedly attacked two teenagers with a metal fork and assaulted another traveler, authorities say.
Praneeth Kumar Usiripalli, 28, a Master’s student from India, reportedly stood over a sleeping 17-year-old on Saturday before stabbing him in the left clavicle. He then allegedly used the same fork to wound a second teenager, leaving a cut on the back of the teen’s head.
Flight crew members attempted to restrain Usiripalli, but prosecutors claim he “formed a gun with his fingers, put it in his mouth and pulled the trigger.” He also allegedly slapped a female passenger in the face and tried to strike a crew member who was trying to subdue him.
The flight was forced to make an emergency landing at Boston Logan International Airport, where Usiripalli was arrested. He has been charged with one count of assault with a dangerous weapon. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
Usiripalli had entered the United States on a student visa to pursue a Master’s degree in biblical studies. Federal authorities say he currently does not have “lawful status” to remain in the country.

Let him stay in the USA but only in jail for 20 years.
No duct tape on that flight ? Subdue & tape usually works, and if people had a backbone anymore, if all else fails FIGHT BACK ! And fight back harder than you’re attacked, break fingers & other soft targets. A person who has their fingers broken by bending them full BACKWARDS usually don’t have much fight in them !
