A UPS delivery driver is facing consequences after a shocking Ring camera video appeared to show him hurling a large package at a dog and then trying to fight the animal’s owner.
The incident happened this past Tuesday and quickly went viral after the footage began circulating online.
In the video, the driver can be seen forcefully throwing a bulky package toward the dog, striking the animal directly in the face.
As he starts to walk away, someone can be heard saying, “Now what?”
Moments later, the dog’s owner approaches the driver, and the confrontation quickly escalates.
The delivery worker throws his hat and glasses to the ground and says, “Come on, let’s go,” before raising his fists as though he is preparing for a fight.
The two can be heard shouting at each other before the video cuts off.

The dog’s owner does not appear eager to make the confrontation physical, but the clip ends before it is clear how the argument was resolved.
UPS confirmed that the company is aware of the video and has taken action.
“We’re aware of the video,” the company said in a statement to TMZ. “We have taken appropriate action with our driver and also have followed up with our customer.”
UPS did not explain what disciplinary action was taken against the employee or how the company planned to address the situation with the dog’s owner.
No further details about the dog’s condition or whether police were contacted were immediately available.
