Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil is at the center of a shocking domestic dispute after his longtime girlfriend was arrested for allegedly attacking the rock star and damaging his Tennessee home during a heated argument.

Rain Hannah Andreani, 45, a professional makeup artist who has been romantically involved with the 65-year-old singer for approximately 15 years, was taken into custody Sunday, November 1, in Williamson County, Tennessee.

According to arrest records, Andreani was booked on a domestic-related assault charge and held at the Williamson County Jail in Franklin, about 20 miles south of Nashville.

She was released the following day after posting a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court December 3.

The arrest has raised fresh questions about the couple’s turbulent relationship, which reportedly ended briefly last year amid accusations of infidelity before they reconciled.

According to a source who spoke with TMZ, the latest trouble began when Neil and Andreani became involved in a heated argument at the singer’s home.

Although the cause of the disagreement remains unclear, the source alleged that Andreani became angry and began damaging property inside the residence.

The confrontation reportedly escalated when she allegedly struck Neil, prompting the domestic assault case.

Authorities have not publicly disclosed the extent of any alleged injuries, whether medical treatment was required or who contacted law enforcement.

Neither Neil nor Andreani has publicly addressed the allegations, and the exact circumstances surrounding the confrontation remain unclear.

The incident marks another difficult chapter for the couple, who have experienced several personal upheavals over the past two years.

Neil and Andreani began dating around 2011 and were together for more than a decade before reports emerged in May 2025 that they had separated.

At the time, sources claimed the Mötley Crüe singer had ended the relationship after learning of allegations that Andreani had been unfaithful.

Those accusations were never publicly established, and Andreani did not confirm them.

Shortly after the reported breakup, Neil was photographed walking through Nashville while holding hands with two women, fueling speculation that he had moved on.

However, the separation apparently did not last.

By June 2025, sources reported that Neil and Andreani had reconciled, although the couple largely kept the details of their relationship private.

Their reunion followed an especially frightening event earlier that year, when Andreani narrowly survived a deadly aviation accident involving Neil’s private jet.

On February 10, 2025, the singer’s Learjet 35A crashed at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona after veering from the runway and colliding with a parked aircraft.

Neil was not aboard the plane, but Andreani was traveling with a female friend and their dogs when the collision occurred.

The accident killed pilot Joie Vitosky and seriously injured Andreani, who reportedly suffered five broken ribs and required hospitalization.

Her friend was also injured, while the couple’s dogs survived.

Neil subsequently expressed his condolences to the pilot’s family and thanked emergency responders for their assistance following the crash.

The tragedy came during an already challenging period for the singer, who has faced health concerns and interruptions to his touring schedule in recent years.

Despite those setbacks, Neil returned to performing with Mötley Crüe as the band celebrated its 45th anniversary.

The legendary rock group, known for hits including “Girls, Girls, Girls,” “Dr. Feelgood” and “Home Sweet Home,” recently completed its Return of the Carnival of Sins tour in September.

The band has also announced plans for a Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace beginning in March 2027.

Now, however, Neil’s personal life is attracting renewed attention following Andreani’s arrest.

The makeup artist has not been convicted, and the domestic assault allegation remains subject to the criminal court process.

It is also unclear whether the latest confrontation has affected the couple’s relationship or whether they remain together.

For now, Andreani’s next scheduled court appearance on December 3 could provide additional information about the circumstances surrounding the alleged altercation.

The arrest comes less than two years after the couple survived one of the most difficult periods of their relationship, leaving questions about what the future holds for the longtime pair.
