Mike ‘Boogie’ Malin is making headlines again—this time for allegedly walking out of Los Angeles pharmacies without paying for a haul of goods.

According to the Burbank Police Department, the Big Brother Season 7 winner was arrested on January 29 after officers responded to multiple CVS locations in the San Fernando Valley over reported shoplifting incidents.

Law enforcement sources say an employee at the first CVS confronted Malin outside, telling him he needed to pay for the items he had taken. Malin reportedly returned to the store, placed the items on the ground, and then drove away.

Police, knowing shoplifters often target multiple locations of the same chain, dispatched officers to another CVS nearby. There, they found Malin’s vehicle running with hazard lights on—but he wasn’t inside. Minutes later, Malin walked up to the officers and was detained.

A witness at the second CVS claimed Malin stole two bottles of alcohol and energy drinks. An employee signed a citizen’s arrest form, and Malin was taken into custody. He was booked for misdemeanor theft and later released with a citation.

This isn’t Malin’s first run-in with trouble. Over the years, he’s faced lawsuits, debt issues, and even embezzlement accusations.
