Pink rang in the New Year from an unexpected spot—a hospital bed.
The “Raise Your Glass” singer shared a selfie on Wednesday, Dec. 31, wearing a hospital gown, a large neck bandage, and a beaming smile. Along with the photo, she reflected on 2025 and opened up about her hospital stay.
With her signature humor, Pink clarified that she wasn’t getting a facelift, but instead was getting “two new shiny discs in my neck.” She added, “Rock ‘n’ roll is a contact sport,” noting that while her family was out snowboarding, she was “by [her]self” in a hospital room.
“This year was a doozy for all of us and it ran the spectrum from absolutely devastating to mildly annoying,” the “So What” singer wrote. “In amongst all of that, there was so much beauty. And I got to wake up every day and get out of bed and go about my business. The business of loving my children and helping them to follow their dreams.”
She also shared some of the tougher moments, saying goodbye to “incredibly important people” and experiencing both realized dreams and nightmares. Looking ahead to 2026, Pink vowed to “work this year to help preserve the choices of others to make for themselves and their families and this very pursuit of happiness.”
Fans and fellow celebrities flooded her post with support. Juliette Lewis wrote, “Thank you for this. 🙌 happy healing & happy new year,” while Kristin Chenoweth added, “Amen sister amen! ❤️🙌👏🔥”
Pink has been open with fans about her health journey in 2025. Over the summer, she shared an update about recovering from a bacterial infection. In an Instagram post on Aug. 31, she posted a photo lounging on a couch with her legs crossed, a wine glass in hand, and an IV in her arm.
“When you go on vacation and have food and E. Coli decides to move into your gut, you kill it with friends and daughters and red wine and a vitamin IV concoction,” she wrote. “This is all normal and everything is going well.”
