The family of football legend Kevin Faulk is grieving the sudden loss of his 30-year-old daughter, Tanasha Faulk.

This heartbreaking tragedy comes just four years after the Faulks lost another daughter, 19-year-old Kevione, in September 2021. The family also experienced the loss of a son, Kevin Jr., who died in infancy.

Kevin Faulk, a former LSU Tigers star and three-time Super Bowl champion with the New England Patriots alongside Tom Brady, has now endured the unimaginable loss of two children.

According to the Acadiana Advocate, Tanasha passed away unexpectedly on Saturday at Oschner Lafayette General Medical Center in Louisiana. She was a devoted mother to three daughters, with her obituary noting: “Being their mother brought her so much joy and she was immensely proud watching them grow and learn.”

The tribute added: “Tanasha also found joy in holidays, birthdays, family gatherings, and especially Mardi Gras. She is welcomed into Heaven by her sister, Kevione Tronsha Faulk, and infant brother, Kevin Faulk, Jr.”

Tanasha was remembered as someone who loved to cook and bring people together. “Her generosity, laughter, and loving nature created a sense of home wherever she went,” the obituary read.

She leaves behind her partner, Isaac, brothers Kevin III and Tavion, and her parents, Kevin and Latisha Faulk, who have been together since middle school.

Details surrounding Tanasha’s passing have not been released, though authorities say there is no suspicion of foul play.

The Faulks’ previous loss came in 2021, when 19-year-old Kevione died while working with LSU’s football program, a tragedy that shocked family, friends, and the community alike.
